Returns and refunds

When an Order Arrives Wrong.

Every Musika order is checked on delivery. This is how a shortage, a damaged line or a wrong item is put right.

1

Inspect on Arrival

Count and inspect your goods against the delivery note before you sign. Note any damage, shortage or wrong item on the delivery note and photograph the goods and packaging.

2

Report Within 48 Hours

Report damage, shortage or wrong goods to the trade desk within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order reference. Livestock and perishables are checked at offloading and reported the same day.

3

What We Need

The order reference, the signed delivery note with the exception recorded, photographs, and the lines and quantities affected.

4

How We Put It Right

Once the claim is confirmed, Musika replaces the goods, credits your next order or refunds you - as the quotation and the cause allow. Refunds go back to the original account in the original currency.

5

What Cannot Be Returned

Goods made, cut or printed to your specification, perishables and livestock after acceptance, and goods damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they were faulty.

6

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled before payment at no cost. After payment, cancellation follows the quotation and any supplier costs already incurred.

Effective 4 October 2026.
