Where We Deliver

From South Africa to businesses in Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe, through Tlokweng and Ramatlabama, Ariamsvlei, Kazungula and Beitbridge.

How Logistics Is Charged

Logistics is its own charge on your invoice, calculated on the goods you order. You may also collect through your own transporter.

Lead Times

Lead time runs from confirmed payment unless your quotation says otherwise, and is stated on every quotation.

Border and Duties

Licensed clearing agents handle each crossing. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer unless the quotation includes them.

Tracking

Every order is tracked in three lanes - order, payment and delivery. Paid does not mean delivered; follow all three with your reference.

Proof of Delivery

Delivery is complete when the delivery note is signed. Record any exception on it before you sign.
