Who Owns This, and on What Terms.

Musika is owned and operated by Cabanga Africa Group (Pty) Ltd in Botswana. This page sets out who holds what, and what you may do with it.

Ownership

Musika is co-owned by Cabanga Africa Group (Pty) Ltd, the South African entity, and Cabanga Africa (Pty) Ltd, the Botswana entity, which built and runs the platform. In these documents "Musika", "we" and "us" means the co-owners acting together.

The platform's design, code, drawings, badges and text belong to the co-owners. The software was built by Cabanga Africa (Pty) Ltd.

Product Images and Names

Product images and names belong to their owners and are shown to identify the goods.

Magazines

Magazine titles and content belong to Cabanga Africa Group (Pty) Ltd.

What You May Do

You may view, print and share Musika pages and business tools for your own trade. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redeploy the site, its code or its catalogue.

Partners

Musika works with partners in payments, settlement, logistics and media, named on the Partners page. No partnership transfers ownership of the platform or its technology.
